This generator was operating in a building in EOR application. We bought the generator and have commenced a complete re-manufacture of the machine. Currently building an entirely new convection section. The fins were in very bad shape in the convection along with the refractory so we decided to build an entirely new convection section. This machine will be equipped with the FlexSteam Steam Generator Control System that we are told is the best OTSG control on the industry.
The Gardner Denver feedwater pump and motor are rebuilt.
The fuel train is rebuilt.
Burner replaced and NAM blower motor rebuilt.
The Radiant Section piping has been ultra sound inspected and found to be like new. This corresponds to the excellent condition of the removed convection piping which we have onsite.
