FLOW LINE RESTRICTION FROM STEM & SEAT VALVES HAVE YOU DOWN?
The Actuated Ball Valve (ABV) is the solution for reducing flow line restrictions associated with the current stem and seat style motor valves. This is accomplished with the ‘straight through’ flow design of a ball valve. Back pressure reduction is particularly beneficial for successful plunger arrival.
With the 12v design, the ABV pairs with on-site RTU for quick and easy flow control. No longer are the days of relying on supply gas and the replacement cost of regulators and solenoids. The ABV can also be actuated by an existing plunger lift controller when equipped with the 12v Power Module sold separately.
The 1-1/2’’ standard ‘trim size’ provides 2.25x greater flow area compared to common gas operated sales line valves. With the ‘straight’ flow design of the ABV sand erosion is kept to a minimum. Seal life has been seen up to 10x longer with heavy sand makers compared to stem & seat valves. Modular design allows for horizontal and vertical flow line connection. Full port 5k option available.
