• Buyer assumes ownership of and responsibility for all equipment when payment is received.
• Equipment must be picked up within 30 days of the invoice date. Storage fees may apply thereafter.
• Subject to prior sale / redeployment.
• Subject to owner’s approval of Offer to Purchase and Conditions of Sale.
• Buyer must disconnect from electrical, piles, process, and fuel gas, if required.
• Ex Works - Buyer responsible for loading and transport and all associated removal and transport costs and risks.
