GPR-1500 AIS-LD PPM Oxygen Analyzer Measures O2 Concentrations From 100 PPB to 1%, -10°C to 45°C Operating Range, 1-5VDC Signal Output ATEX and cUL certified PPM oxygen analyzer measures O2 concentrations from 100 PPB to 1%. Features certification to ATEX Directive 94/9/EC and cUL designed exclusively for natural gas applications. This analyzer features an innovative sample system that efficiently removes large amounts of free liquids from gas streams, an advanced galvanic trace PPM oxygen sensor, a 24 month operating sensor life, menu driven controls, and two (2) field selectable alarm set points. • Application – Oxygen analysis in inert, hydrocarbon, helium, hydrogen, mixed and acid (CO2) gas streams • Area Classification – Meets the recognized intrinsic safety standards for use in Class 1, Division 1, Group C, D hazardous areas • Calibration – Air or certified span gas of O2 balance N2 approximating 80% of range above analysis range recommended • Display – Graphical LCD 2.75” x 1.375”; resolution 0.01 PPM; displays real time ambient temperature and pressure • Pressure – Inlet – regulate to 5-30 psig to deliver 1-2 SCFH flow; vent – atmospheric • Controls – Water resistant keypad; menu driven range selection, calibration and system functions • Enclosure – Aluminum ex-proof, fiberglass NEMA 4X, 16 x 9 x 6”, 20 lbs. • Alarms – Two user configurable alarms: magnetic coil relays rated 3A at 100 VAC, field programmable alarm time delays, alarm bypass for calibration and system fail alarm • Analysis – 0-10 PPM, 0-100 PPM, 0-1000 PPM, 0-1%, 0-25% FS ranges; auto-ranging or manually lock • Approvals – EC TYPE EXAMINATION CERTIFICATE: INERIS 08ATEX0036 II 2 G Ex d [ib] ib IIB T4 Tamb-20°C to +50°C
