The This plant is a 1000 psig plant. It has two PLC controlled Molecular sieves, a Gas/Gas exchnager and a Gas/Liquid exchnager. Incoming gas is firest dried, then cooled to -20 and then sent to the J-T valve, and then to the de-methanizer. Dependent on the composition of the feed gas and desired purity of the Methane offgass this plant can operate at -120º if required. The current 60 Hp refrigeration compressor is on a separate skid; however, there are several options available for the compresor.
